Mulching the Mini Roses at Manito Park

On November 1, 2008 several members of Spokane Rose Society turned out to apply mulch to the miniature rose beds at Manito Park. It was a beautiful fall day and many hands made light work of the mulching. Here are some photos from that enjoyable outing.   Tags: Manito Park, miniature roses

Multi-colored Roses from the Netherlands

They were created in the Netherlands and are dyed using hypodermic needles inserted in the stems as they grow.
