The Mini Roses arrived at Carol’s on Thursday afternoon. Pati’s Mini Rose team arrived Friday morning to take inventory and check them over. These are the best minis yet! They are covered with buds and blooms. The Montana minis were the only ones not yet in full bloom, but they were covered with buds.

Greg and I took pictures of all of them. You can see the complete lineup of available minis with pictures by visiting the 2012 Mini Rose Sale page.

A couple of my favorite minis that are already growing in my garden are among this year’s offering: Busy Bee, Denver’s Dream, and Sorcerer. All three of these little darlings are hardy to Zone 4b. My experience with these miniature roses has been very good.Little Busy Bee is just an adorable little charmer with peachy, salmon pink blooms.
Denver’s Dream is a prolific bloomer in my garden with blooms that age from brilliant orange to deep rose. Sorcerer has lovely true red blooms and mild fragrance. Check the Mini Rose Sale page for more detailed information and close-up pictures of all of the Minis, and then visit the Garden Expo next Saturday, May 12, 2012 and pick up some for your garden. Get there early for the best selection. |
